Please follow the instructions below to provide us access to your Omnisend account. First of all, make sure you are logged in to your Omnisend Account.
- Find your name on the top right and navigate to “Account Management“

- Click on “Users” and “Invite User”

- On the pop-up screen enter the following details:
- Email: [email protected]
- Role: Admin

- Click “Confirm“
- Let your Account Manager know that this action has been performed to accept the account from their end.
