Kevin Tacher – also known as “The Title King” – is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Independence Title Inc., a Fort Lauderdale, Florida based title insurance company.
Kevin is amazon.com best-selling author and national real estate speaker. As seen on NBC as well as in person, Kevin has shared the stage with some of the country’s best real estate and motivational speakers.

The nature of the business and regulations make it extremely hard to run profitable ads but that doesn’t mean it cannot be done.
You never want to start running ads before you fully understand your client and their audience.
The first thing we do is to do a full audit of everything the company has online

This process allows us to find errors, areas that can be improved and tap into the psychology of the business.
Step 1. The Website
Independence Title’s website was a bit slow and outdated.
Both of these factors greatly influence conversion rates and costs. So we went ahead with a complete redesign.
You always want to have Clear call to actions, easy UX and to showcase what makes you different early on.
By building the website from the ground up and setting up a new server, we were able to hit less than 3 seconds of load time on the site.
Next, we installed a heatmap and user recording tool that would give us deep insights into user behavior and drop-off points.
Any business that starts advertising for the first time needs to use a heatmap tool and ideally collect recordings.
We also installed and set up Google Analytics, GTM, and Facebook Pixel.
Step 2. Social Media
Now it was time to audit social media.
We took a look at data from the past 3-6 months and reviewed all posts and comments.
Kevin Tacher is the Title King.
He is using his personal profile with good frequency, to showcase expertise, inspire others, and actually care for his local community by providing educational content!
This is allowing him to both build the Independence Title brand name and his personal branding, which has many benefits.

Step 3. Email Marketing
Nothing is worse than signing up to an email list and getting an email that you feel was meant for someone else, or worse not receiving an email at all!
Besides actually logging into the backend and going over the main email sequences, we actually signup as users.
That really puts us in the user’s shoes and allows us to pinpoint mistakes and errors while ensuring everything is 100% good to go.
With all of the above as well as competitor research we performed we were ready to create the tailored strategy.
With 15+ years of experience under our belt, we can easily say that we have tested everything there is out there.
For this business type specifically, we have a set of strategies that allow us to quickly deploy, test, and scale an account.
The first goal is to increase the brand awareness and more importantly the user base
To do that we needed a set of ads that would help the audience immediately understand what Independence Title is doing, showcase the unique selling points of their services, and educate the audience about the benefits going with a company like Independence Title.
Building the brand, was also an important aspect that we knew would help the business long-term.
We wore our artistic hats (meaning our awesome team of designers) and came up with an amazing first set of ads!

Attention grabbing copy.
We started off with a complete set of campaigns for Lead generation and Brand Awareness.
Kevin Tacher already had an amazing video guide on how Real Estate Agents can and should be filling out their contracts.
Our creatives helped tremendously with getting a nice start with a decent cost per lead.
But we knew there was room for improvement.
We reviewed the initial data and made some changes to that targeting criteria, as well as small tweaks to the ad copy.
We now knew how to adjust the ads to get better results.
We finished the second month with a 16% decrease on cost per lead!
The 3rd month was the moment of truth.
We knew that Kevin Tacher is the Title King and was doing amazing work with their clients, so it was all on us to get the quality leads.
We had the data.
We knew what their audience was looking for.
So we made some final tweaks and aimed at the lowest cost possible.
And we succeeded.
We ended the 3rd month with a more than 50% decrease on cost per lead!
Since we were able to rock on the cost per lead, it was time to invest more and dominate the local market.
We increase the spending and drafted more creatives, used amazing videos, and optimized everything.
The results speak for themselves.
