Meet Our Heroes
Charlotte Corro didn’t set out to build just another jewelry brand. She set out to build Confident Spirit Co., a jewelry brand that reminds women they can elevate their style and confidence with one elegant set of jewelry. Her products? Stunning, well-crafted pieces that rival high-end competitors but come with better pricing and smart bundling options that make it easy for customers to build complete looks.
Confident Spirit Co. serves a vibrant, fashion-forward customer base: primarily African American women aged 25 and up, living in high-energy cities across the South, New York, Florida, California, and Texas. These women aren’t just buying jewelry. They’re investing in their image, their confidence, and their presence.
Charlotte had done her homework. She knew her products were competitive. She knew her bundles worked. She’d built a customer list of over 2,000 people and was actively running ads on Facebook and Instagram. But despite all that groundwork, she was stuck. Her ad spend was high, her conversions weren’t where they needed to be, and her $30K monthly sales goal felt just out of reach.
That’s when she came to Digital Time Savers.
Their Goals
Charlotte’s vision was crystal clear: $30,000 in monthly sales, and she wanted it to become the baseline, not the ceiling. She wasn’t interested in short-term wins. She wanted a strong foundation that would support long-term, scalable growth.
Her specific goals included:
- Dramatically increase website conversions and overall revenue
- Lower cost per acquisition while scaling ad spend strategically
- Build a strong, recognizable brand presence across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Use high-converting creative formats like video and reels to drive engagement
- Stay involved in the process and learn from the team every step of the way
Charlotte wasn’t just looking for an agency to run ads. She was looking for a partner who could help her build something sustainable, something that would grow with her as she brought in more inventory and expanded her reach.
The Challenge
When we first audited Charlotte’s account, the issues were immediately clear.
She was running four active ads, but they weren’t optimized. Her ad creatives weren’t diverse enough, her targeting was too broad, and her campaigns weren’t structured to support efficient scaling. She was spending money, but she wasn’t getting the return she deserved.
Her cost per acquisition was too high, and her return on ad spend hovered around 1.8x to 2.2x, which wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t enough to hit her ambitious revenue targets. With a starting budget of just $1,000 per month, we knew we had to be surgical in our approach. Every dollar had to count.
Beyond the technical issues, there was a bigger challenge: brand positioning. Confident Spirit Co. had beautiful products and a compelling story, but that story wasn’t being told effectively in the ads. The creative wasn’t resonating emotionally with her ideal customer. The messaging wasn’t sharp. And the funnel wasn’t optimized to convert the traffic she was already driving.
Charlotte also wanted to expand to other platforms like Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn, but without a solid foundation on Facebook and Instagram first, those efforts would have been premature and inefficient.
We had our work cut out for us. But we also had a client who was ready to invest, ready to learn, and ready to scale.
Our Process
Phase One: Foundation and Audit (Weeks 1-2)
Before we touched a single campaign, we spent two weeks digging deep into Confident Spirit Co.’s data, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
We analyzed:
- Customer demographics and purchase behavior from Shopify and Klaviyo
- Competitor ad strategies from brands like Keep It Luxe, BBY Kute, The Pink Vault Co., and Luxiiva
- Creative performance from Charlotte’s existing ads
- Website conversion rates and funnel drop-off points
What we found was gold. Charlotte’s best-performing customers were women in their late 20s to early 40s, living in Southern states and major metropolitan areas like Atlanta, Houston, Miami, and New York. They valued elegance, versatility, and affordability. They weren’t impulse buyers. They were thoughtful shoppers who wanted complete looks, which is exactly why Charlotte’s bundling strategy was so powerful.
We also found that her existing ads were too product-focused and not emotion-focused. They showed the jewelry, but they didn’t show the transformation. They didn’t answer the question: How will this make me feel?
Armed with this insight, we rebuilt the entire ad strategy from the ground up.
Phase Two: Creative Overhaul and Testing (Weeks 3-6)
We knew that creative was going to be the game-changer. So we worked closely with Charlotte to develop a fresh library of high-converting assets, including:
- Video ads and reels showcasing real women styling Confident Spirit Co. pieces for nights out, dinners, events, and everyday confidence
- Carousel ads highlighting bundle deals and complete sets
- UGC-style testimonials from satisfied customers talking about how the jewelry made them feel
- Lifestyle photography that positioned the brand as aspirational but accessible
We launched a rigorous A/B testing framework across Facebook and Instagram, testing different hooks, CTAs, product angles, and audience segments. We tested everything: warm audiences (past purchasers and site visitors), lookalikes based on Charlotte’s best customers, and cold interest-based audiences tied to fashion, nightlife, and luxury lifestyle.
Within three weeks, we identified the winning creative formats and audience combinations. Video ads featuring real women styling the jewelry for specific occasions outperformed static product shots by 340%. Carousel ads showcasing bundles drove a 28% higher average order value than single-product ads.
We also restructured the campaigns to support scaling. We built separate campaigns for:
- Top-of-funnel awareness (cold audiences, reach objectives)
- Middle-of-funnel engagement (retargeting site visitors and video viewers)
- Bottom-of-funnel conversions (retargeting add-to-carts and past purchasers)
This layered approach allowed us to nurture customers through the buying journey while keeping CPAs low and ROAS high.
Phase Three: Scaling and Expansion (Weeks 7-12)
Once we had a proven system in place, it was time to scale. Charlotte had told us from the beginning that she was ready to increase ad spend if it meant hitting her $30K monthly goal. So we did exactly that.
We gradually increased budget allocation to the top-performing campaigns, scaling from $1,000/month to $3,000/month, then to $4,000/month. Every increase was data-backed and closely monitored to ensure we maintained efficiency.
At the same time, we expanded to Google Ads, launching:
- Google Shopping campaigns to capture high-intent search traffic for keywords like “gold jewelry bundles,” “elegant necklace sets,” and “women’s luxury jewelry”
- YouTube video ads retargeting people who had engaged with the brand on Facebook and Instagram
We also integrated Klaviyo email flows to complement the paid ads, creating automated sequences for:
- Abandoned cart recovery
- Post-purchase upsells (encouraging customers to complete their sets)
- VIP customer re-engagement
Every piece of the puzzle was working together. The ads brought traffic. The website converted. The emails nurtured. The results spoke for themselves.
Results
Within 90 days, Confident Spirit Co. went from struggling to scale to absolutely dominating their market.
Here’s what we achieved:
- Revenue increased from $4,000/month to over $32,000/month, surpassing Charlotte’s initial $30K goal
- ROAS jumped from 1.8x to 9.2x, making every dollar of ad spend count
- Cost per acquisition dropped by 64%, allowing us to scale profitably
- Average order value increased by 31% thanks to optimized bundle promotions and carousel ads
- Customer acquisition grew by 480%, with hundreds of new customers added to the Klaviyo list every month
- Ad spend scaled from $1,000/month to $4,000/month while maintaining profitability and efficiency
But beyond the numbers, we gave Charlotte something even more valuable: a scalable, repeatable system. She now has a proven framework for launching new products, testing creative, and growing her brand across multiple platforms.
Confident Spirit Co. isn’t just hitting goals anymore. They’re setting new ones. And with the foundation we built together, there’s no limit to where they can go.
